The Executive Committee is elected each year and consists of:

  • President
  • Vice President
  • Eight Executive Members

An Executive Committee is elected each year from the club membership. This committee is responsible for setting club policy and for overall stewardship of the club facility. The day-to-day operation of the club is the responsibility of the Chief Executive, or her nominees. The CE reports directly to the President. Aside from the club’s annual general meeting the Executive Committee meets once a month. Additionally the club has various adjuncts (such as snooker, pool, bowls and darts) and these sub-groups have their own organising committees. If you would like more information about any of these activities, please ask at reception and we will put you on to the right person to speak to.

In essence the Executive Committee is responsible for setting policies and to see that those policies are implemented. The Chief Executive is accountable for the daily operation of the Club on behalf of the Executive Committee and the members.
