Welcome to the Napier RSA
The Napier RSA cast the stone into the new millennium and set the pace and standard for service demanded by members, guests, affiliates and visitors. To achieve these objectives the club was fully refurbished in 2003 and is currently undertaking a comprehensive refreshment to suit the Art Deco nature of the Napier area.
A new generation bar provides variety, from local beers and wines through to internationally acclaimed beverages. As part of our host responsibility there is a comprehensive bar snack menu during restaurant operating hours. For everyone’s enjoyment and convenience, tasty cakes and freshly made sandwiches plus a range of cold or hot meals are available from the display cabinet in the main lounge area during opening hours.
The main lounge bar is also our entertainment hub, with something different happening every day and night of the week. A comprehensive list of activities is promoted through our Website, table talkers, notice boards and moving screens in the lounge and reception, and, of course, our website is updated on a regular basis.
The Club has a variety of activities and facilities to offer you as a member, guest or visitor. It has a friendly atmosphere, a quality restaurant, excellent bar facilities with a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at competitive prices. We offer live weekend entertainment, Sky TV, TAB service with screens dedicated to the racing channel, raffles, award-winning Art Deco gaming facility. For those who are more sports-minded, you are welcome to try your hand at darts, snooker, indoor and outdoor bowls, or you can sit quietly in our well-stocked library with a good book and excellent coffee.
Our RSA is a fun club, providing entertainment and activities for almost everyone of all ages, and we provide a warm welcome for national and international visitors.
The management and staff work very hard to provide the best possible service and facilities they can, their courage and commitment is such that complaints are a rarity, however if you are unhappy for whatever reason during your stay with us, please give us the opportunity to review our processes by:
- Reporting a problem to the Duty Manager for resolution
- Fill out a suggestion/complaint form available in the main lounge area and leave it in the dedicated box, or hand to either the Duty Manager or leave at Reception
- Fill out the form below and email it to the Chief Executive
